Personal Care Support When You Need It
We believe Assisted Living should focus on the individual’s needs to maximize independence and enjoy life in the moment rather than assign restrictive, one-size-fits-all levels of care. Our residents receive as much personal care support for covered services as needed, with the option for additional assistance if and when their care needs change.
Assisted Living With Memory Care
Three of our communities—East Longmeadow, Linda Manor and Kimball Farms—offer specialized Memory Care with Assisted Living for residents with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia.
These communities include our Life Enrichment Memory Program (LEP), consisting of memory care neighborhoods modeled after a typical home that provide familiar cues to help residents enjoy as much independence as possible within a secure setting.
Our program is built around the philosophy of habilitation, joining residents within their reality for a supportive life of dignity and respect.
